Marla N. Stayduhar

Ms. Stayduhar joined the firm in 2016 and practices the defense of physicians, nurses and other medical providers in medical malpractice cases. Prior to joining, she was a litigation associate for an over a century old insurance defense firm located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she focused on medical malpractice, liquor liability and other general liability matters.

 

Prior to beginning her legal career Ms. Stayduhar earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she received the Dean's Scholarship for academic achievement. While in law school, she served as the Research Editor for the Journal of Technology, Law & Policy as well as a legal writing teaching assistant and constitutional law research assistant.  She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Art History, where she was the recipient of numerous scholarships and awards as well as a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. Ms Stayduhar is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
