Jeffrey A. Grant

Mr. Grant joins Donnelly Nelson & Depolo with several years of legal experience. He began his foray into the legal world in 1980 when he joined the Law Offices of Hanna, Brophy, MacClean, McAleer & Jensen as an Associate Attorney focusing on workers' compensation issues in which he represented public entities, employers, third party administrators, and insurance companies. Mr. Grant was a certified specialist in workers' compensation. He rose to the position of Partner, managing the Oakland office. In 2013, Mr. Grant joined Wills-Abrego & Associates as house counsel serving as Northern California Supervising Attorney and as a Specialty Attorney on workers' compensation matters, making appearances before Boards from Fresno to Redding. In 2015 and 2016 he acted as an independent contractor for the Law Office of Craig Morrison, working as an applicant's Attorney, representing injured workers. With his extensive background in workers' compensation, Mr. Grant has also lectured on and presented educational seminars in this field as well as related issues. Mr. Grant attended the University of California at Davis as an undergraduate, majoring in History, graduating in 1976. He received his law degree from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in 1980. Mr. Grant became a member of the State Bar of California in 1980 and has since been admitted to practice in Northern District Court
